Refunds & Exchange

You may return a product within 14 calendar days from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase & fill out our return form. 

We cannot refund any goods that have been opened or used or returned in a resealable condition.

Please note, you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.

We advise you to retain your proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for packages that are damaged or lost in transit.

Once we have received the goods and they have been checked thoroughly, you will be credited within 7 working days.

Delivery and Shipping

We have there shipping options.

DPD Next Day Delivery – your order must be placed before 1pm Monday to Friday. If you place your order after 1pm Thursday it will be send out Friday and delivered Monday.

Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class – This can take up to five working days and will need a signature.

International Shipping – We ship to ALL countries worldwide. This is Royal Mail Tracked and can take 5-10 working days to arrive.
