    Free Delivery - This is a signed for service provided by Royal Mail and they aim for delivery between 2-5 working days, however it can in extreme circumstances can take up to 10 business days. Only UK customers qualify for FREE shipping if you are from outside the UK your shipping will be standard international.

    Next Day Delivery - Order before 3pm to receive Next Day Delivery Monday to Thursday. Orders placed after 3pm Thursday will be posted Friday and received Monday. UK only. Please note Norther Ireland & Scotland can take two days although it may take longer.

    Please note next day delivery is aimed for delivery by close of play next business day however sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances DPD orders may take longer.

    Collection - Collection is available Monday - Thursday between the hours of 9am-4.50pm. Friday 9am-4pm. Collect from Unit 2 Pilton Estate, 46 Pitlake, Croydon, CR0 3RA. Please note last collection time for Monday 23rd and Tuesday 24th of December is 2pm

    Saturday Delivery - Order before 1pm Friday to receive Saturday next day.

    Standard Delivery - This is a signed for service provided by Royal Mail and they aim for delivery between 2-5 working days, however can in extreme circumstances can take up to 10 business days.

    International Shipping - Shipping times can vary due to customs checks and procedures. Customs fees may apply and vary depending on the shipping destination.

    Bank Holiday Shipping - Due to order volumes please allow extra time for your order to be packed and processed. Your order is then handed over to Royal Mail which is a signed for service they aim for delivery between 2-5 working days, however can in extreme circumstances can take up to 10 business days.

    Please do not have a PO Box as the delivery address as the shipping services provided will not deliver to a PO Box and the parcel will be sent back to us. 

    When we have a sale or promotion running please allow extra time for standard shipping parcels to be packed and processed 

     

  • Terms and Conditions:

    Deposits: All deposits for training courses and masterclasses are non refundable under any circumstances. By purchasing the deposit you accept and agree this is non refundable or transferable to any date. 

    Can I cancel or amend my order?

    As soon as you place your order, we’re on it – we know you need it fast! Unfortunately this means we will be unable to make any changes as it’s already being processed. This includes any address changes or wanting to cancel the order. You’ll need to place another order or return any unwanted items.

    How long does it take for a response?

    We aim to get back to you ASAP although please allow up to 24 hours (weekdays) for a response as some times we are very busy! We really appreciate your patience.

  • Refund and Returns

    Returns:

    You have 14 days from receiving your goods to notify us if you would like to return  goods ordered. You then have 14 days from notifying us to return the goods.

    Please notify us via our chat online for our shipping address please also include your order number inside the parcel. It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by The Lash Hause when sent back, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID.

    Due to hygiene reasons all products must be returned in its original/ unopened packaging. We will not refund any goods that have been opened, items must be returned with seal intact. Glues and liquids are non refundable or exchangeable due to hygiene reason.

    In the event that a product received is faulty or damaged we can of course exchange or refund this for you. You must notify us within 28 days of receipt we can then send a returns label and once the return is received, inspected and deemed faulty we can then either issue a refund or exchange.

    Any FREE or SALE products received along with our with our BUY 4 GET 1 FREE and our 5 for £5 offers are non refundable or exchangeable. 

    Clearance as per description when ordering are non refundable or exchangeable. Items brought in our sale are non refundable.

    Orders purchased with a gift card are non refundable.

    We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
